Former national gymnastics team member and international champion. With over seven years of professional coaching, Alisa specializes in flexibility training for dancers, athletes, and performers, blending active stretching, breathwork, and mindfulness.
Professional dancer and certified strength trainer. Omar has developed a conditioning system tailored for dancers, combining mobility, endurance, and muscle balance. His workshops help performers build sustainable bodies for long-term careers on stage.

Kailani Rae is specializing in underground styles such as popping, voguing, and house, with a foundation in classical training.
