• Dance Clothing: Leggings, tops, bodysuits, shorts, etc. Wear anything that makes you feel comfortable and does not limit your movements. • Heels: Choose comfortable heels (3–4.5 inches max) with good ankle support and preferably without a platform. — heels are not necessary.
