Day 3: Foundation heels technique, hair work in heels(whips), hands variations

Day 5: Beginners Sexy & Slow Choreography based on the learned elements

Idania Quezada is a professional dancer from New York and a certified dance teacher representing the Polina Glen Dance Program.
She brings over 11 years of dance experience, she has trained in various styles, including ballet, modern, jazz, house, heels, and Latin dance and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
Idania has choreographed for productions like Polaroid Stories and performed in off-Broadway shows, as well as worked on commercial campaigns for brands like Old Navy.
With two years of experience as a dance teacher, empowers students to explore their femininity,and confidence through movement. She creates a safe space for authentic expression and helps individuals cultivate self-assurance and harness their femininity to create captivating performances.

No, we do not have any requirements for participation in our program. You can start dancing at any age, with any level of dance experience, and all body types are welcome!
